This policy explains how the personal information collected at this site is used. By using this site you are accepting the practices described in this policy.
Collection of information: We collect personal information when voluntarily submitted by users. We use this information to add your school to our contact directory and to send you information about the National Biology Competition and other relevant events organized by the University of Toronto. We display the names of Competition Coordinators in our public contact directory so that interested students will know with whom to make contact about participating. Distribution of information: The information collected is not provided to companies for marketing purposes. We may share information with companies or agencies involved in payment processing (i.e., when an online payment is carried out) or assisting us in fraud prevention or investigation when permitted or required by law, trying to protect against or prevent actual or potential fraud or unauthorized transactions, or investigating fraud which has already taken place.
Commitment to data security: Your personal information is kept secure. Only authorized employees have access to this information.
